FUN!!!!:D
THE DAY BEFORE THE BIG ONE.
Getting all drenched and caught in the rain.
Tying ourselves up in ponchos, courtesy of Ian and Mag.
Running around getting last minute things done.
Panicking when Walter didn't show.
Wanting to jump down and die when Christian was late.
Eating packed dinner in the rain.
Busy busy during the parade.
Poking fun at Kenny and Zhen Yang with Pearlyn.
Conducting a hot manhunt search with Pearlyn.
THE BIG ONE.
Getting all drenched and caught in the rain again.
Loving my group to bits for coming early.
Eating packed dinner in the rain again.
Watching Nathan fall asleep.
Watching Pearlyn eat her second packet of dinner.
Watching Kenny eat his second packet of dinner.
Leaning of Mag and Lucinda and falling asleep.
Busy busy during the parade.
Ridiculous and unreasonable members of public.
Annoying photographers.
Running up and down Orchard Road.
Running after Leonard for a bottle of water.
More running up and down Orchard Road.
Busy busy busy before post parade party.
Panicking when Walter was lost.
Helping out on the kiddie balloon slide during post parade party.
Bouncing up and down on the balloon slide the entire time.
Feeling like a paedophile for wanting to bring the cute little kids home.
More bouncing on the balloon slide:)
Did I mention that Chingay was fun?
grins.
Sector 3.7 is the best.
It was really great leading and working with you guys the entire time.
You guys were what made Chingay real fun.
I'd do it all over again.
You guys make me want to cry.
Thanks for the chocolates:)
PS. hope you guys did sleep in on Sunday:)
After all the Chinese New Year goodies, I'm terrified to stand on the weighing scale.
As I should be, after stuffing my face with pineapple tarts.
The festive season was a wonderful chance to catch up with all the long lost relatives:)
and be dreadfully reminded that we're all growing up:(
So now that the festivities are over,
and all that wonderful 8hrs of sleep have passed,
it's time to get down to Chingay and CTs.
Oh the horror!
Why does it take something so unfortunate to happen, for us to finally appreciate all the things that we constantly take for granted?
Why must something so dreadful happen before we realise the importance of life?
Why do you always do these things, even when you know that they are wrong and hurtful?
I see that all that 12 years of perfecting one's grammer has gone down the drain.
Unfortunate, no?
HAPPY VALENTINE'S EVERYONE!=)
This valentine's made my realise how much I miss all the things that I took for granted before.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY PEI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
here's your huge kiss from rah,
and I am super glad that you loved the flower.
I still owe you your prezzie though...
a list of all things broken.
I just polished off a whole box of dark chocolates.
I feel like an absolute fat ass now.
F-A-T. FAT.
stop pigging out will you.
There's chingay tomorrow. Urks. Don't feel like going!!!
nehs.
Saw the dove advertisment on the bus again.
Think it's really good.
Sometimes, we all just need that little reminder.
You with the sad eyes
Don't be discouraged
Oh, I realize
It's hard to take courage
In a world full of people
You can lose sight of it all
And the darkness inside you
Can make you feel so small
But I see your true colors
Shining through
I see your true colors
And that's why I love you
So don't be afraid to let them show
Your true colors
True colors are beautiful
Like a rainbow
Show me a smile then,
Don't be unhappy, can't remember
When I last saw you laughing
If this world makes you crazy
And you've taken all you can bear
You call me up
Because you know I'll be there
And I'll see your true colors
Shining through
I see your true colors
And that's why I love you
So don't be afraid to let them show
Your true colors
True colors are beautiful
Like a rainbow
because we all live under the same sky
and we all walk under the same moon
Not to sound all self-centered or mean or anything,
but
what about me...?
should have known you were gonna make me cry.
Is this the way it's really going down?
